You can't try to guilt the people responsible for closing your contest. You were told back when you wanted to host your Mystery Pic contest that you should only host a contest if you are committed to seeing it through and not only did that contest fall apart, you hosted a second, different contest which people put effort and time into and you chose not to meet your obligations and finish it. You had been online plenty (everyone was checking), so you most definitely were recieving all the notifications of people asking about it.
