So I decided to tear town my PC and re-build it, I took out the water cooling loop, pump, etc and put my old V6GT Massive CPU Cooler in... Took apart all of the fans, the GPU etc, cleaned all the heat sinks and grills. Now its performing maybe 70 % better than it was a month ago :) - Remember to clean your PC's more than once every 4 years guys haha
