Ugh, paying nearly $300 in rent a week only to find out that next door is up for $240, has aircon, bigger rooms, fans in rooms, better yard and an actual car shed and shed area, front veranda and back veranda... Our place is a hell of a lot smaller in all respects, has a shed made for a smart car and no fans, no air con, even has 7 less power points xD

    I pay $525 a month for a 1 bedroom/1 bath tiny ass apartment. That doesn't include my $150+ utilities I pay each month on top of that.
