So nearly all similar rentals and better rentals like our place have advertised prices lower than $200 a week.. We're still paying $275.. Think my Wife and I should consider a move?

@Silver Yeah would rather place without gas (gas costs arms and legs here) The town is Dalby, relative safety is pretty basic across the board and we'd just move everything ourselves, no need to rent a mover. @Kaddict Thing is there are better places at far lower prices.. If we would be staying I'm sure I could basically say to lower the rent to such and such or we will move out.. @Athayde I did mention this is our first time renting. So some things I'm not sure about haha @Adam there are a few I want to look at, and will probably be viewing next week.
