But.. That sounds like a bloody nice idea, except that balsamic vinegar can shoo away XD

Roast potatoes with garlic sounds good, I had that for the first time a few months ago.

@NMP Well I don't know how my Dad used to do his Garlic Potatoes exactly so they definitely didn't turn out as I remember but they turned out quite nice.

I have a feeling Dad covered his potatoes with a tablespoon of water as well and then alfoil I think.. But oh well :3
