None of my medicine seems to be helping. It's what I get for going outside during allergy season.

Thankies! Usually I have have someone with me when it acts up like this, but everyone I know is at work. lol

Do you exercise? I have a friend who had horrible asthma, she started running regularly and eventually got to where she overcame it.

I do. However it only helps so much. I come from a family with terrible lungs.
