PVO what freezer does he have? All he said was he has a single sword. I assume he also have one of the million range 13.6ish constants.

It doesn't matter what freezer he has already. He could pick up a scroll for a few thousand that would be perfectly sufficient for 1p use. You shouldn't assume that he has anything other than what he said - it makes you look silly.
