seeing people on the PC crying about how hard it is to get a UC... just buy one, this is 2012 we live in.

imagine if they let only like 200 pets a year have the chance to become UC again. There would be a page with a button they announce a time and first 200 at that moment, your active becomes UC if applicable and boom

Unconverted would just be another type that can't wear most clothing, like 8-bit or baby.
