Dear roommate: I understand that you don't want to spend extra money, but if it's 80 degrees inside the house, for the love of all that's holy, turn on the damn A/C. And if it's 10 degrees cooler outside, at least open a fucking window or three!

If you turn on the AC enough to cool the place down it's really not going to cost that much.

Yeah: I used to love to do that, too, but our freezer doesn't get all that cold. Our fridge sucks.
Mishelle: My thought exactly. I just turn it on long enough to bring the temp down, and then it stays down, since it's always cool here in the evening.
