are the usershops listed in the item database items from people that use Abrosia?

no, they're items found on the shop wizard. They're compiled by Abrosia everytime someone has it running. If you notice you get SW banned more often after using abrosia, that would be why, due to the fact its using the SW while running.

Doubt it. Its been happening since the item db started so I don't think its anything to worry about.
