My suggestion, just because the war is so soon, is that you get any strength boosts you can and then take endurance to 3x level. Sure, you won't be able to train strength and defense, but at least you'll be able to survive a little longer in the war. Any points past the boosts don't matter until you get to the next boost anyway. Plus, % healers such as Gelert Healing Remedy (species healer) will heal more in the mean time. After the war you can go back and make your pet even.
