How long does it take TNT to usually answer a support ticket? :/

    So how long before premium kicks in? I bouht it, yet dont have it. Relogged, hard Refreshed, Closed Browser, and even double checked I have it.

    I think it took about 10-15+ mins for my subscription to kick in after buying it.
