I found a 6 years account I thought was frozen but... Yeah, the birthday thing. Is there a way to get accounts back without the Birthday date?

If you put in the right day and month, but the wrong year (if you were under 13 when it was made, and you lied about your age), you can use the "user since" date on the profile to calculate what year you would have put in.

This happened to me. Found an oooold Neopets account and knew the password but had a fake birthday. I submitted a ticket to TNT asking to either reset the birthday or tell me which date I had used. They responded like 2 weeks later and asked me for a LIST of things. Like, last 2 passwords used for that account, email used for that account, friends, if I bought NC, etc...and I didnt remember ANYTHING since it was like probably the 2nd account I ever made on Neo. When I responded back saying I only knew the passwords they were like "we will work on it"....2 years later...still nothing LOL. And they stopped replying to my ticket.
