How big of a risk is it to AB on the same IP but with a different computer? Would all the accounts be chain-iced?

So, I use Firefox and have both Ghostery and Adblocker as add-ons. I was having difficulty loading games and disabled Ghostery and now everything is working fine. Is anyone else having this problem? This is the first time I've ever had to do this.
