Twitter locked out of my account (cause VPNs) and I can't regain access cause some son of a hyena stole my phone weeks ago. Life is beautifiul ¬¬

I'm sorry to hear that. Perhaps you can explain the situation and they can find another way to verify the account is actually yours?

I did, they responded with the instructions for a phone unblocking process, and unblocked my account after a mail with this message : "I DONT HAVE A PHONE" X100

I had a similar situation and it took a bit of repeating "I don't have a cell phone" for it to actually sink in to support.
I'm sorry to hear it was so much trouble, but I'm happy to hear they unblocked your Twitter account. :)
