I believe that is incorrect. I'm not so familiar with Modern Greek as I am with Ancient, but my understanding of χ is that it produces a palatal or velar fricative, while the S in Sweeney is clearly alveolar. Also, "Xweeyonce" is quite clearly not written in Greek.
