Submitting a ticket won't get you anywhere. They can't do anything about it, they've said themselves they can't do anything about it and the merge method is supported officially* (* As official as a member of TNT saying it's cool to do, just open a ticket informing them of what you're about to do)

Nah, submit a ticket. They unlocked mine, it just took them about 3 months to actually respond to me and do it. They can't reset a Habi after you're above level 7 but they can unlock it for you.

@anewvision: Not true. Tons of my friends have had their Habis unlocked through tickets. o.0
That's how people found out TNT considers leaving Habi running while you're away from the computer to be cheating.
