Community Status Updates

Okay...I figured out a work-around to post status updates (cannot use the box over Recent Status now for quick posts), but really just baffled as to why I am unable to Change Theme. I have tried multiple browsers both on my computer (Win 10) and on my phone and cannot change themes from the one I picked shortly ago. Cache clearing didn't help. Yes, I have javascript on. All suggestions appreciated! <3

Thank you so much @Strategist for having looked into this and getting it routed to those who can look further int it, and @Kaddict this is Kord. I fel like a name change and such once I resurrected myself into being active. :)
