Why do all the guides on transferring np tell list HT items such gbombs or high risk items like Krawk MPs when HT items get flagged when traded? I want to know what are good items to use to transfer that are 5m+ thanks!

Not that I am aware of... as a general rule of thumb though you avoid HT, specified MPs, and Cove items.
Some non-HT PBs should be fine but without proper testing I can't say for sre.
