When I try to traceroute www.neopets.com the traceroute never makes it there? All I get is *** for the hops after it gets to New York. What's the problem? D:

That's just because there's a hell of a lot of competition in there, your speed won't be the issue. :P

Wait! One last thing: I just realized this after rechecking the traceroute but it seems that the 2nd hop in the traceroute seems to average around 25-40ms while pinging the ISP gateway address normally in the terminal gets me 11-12ms ping. What is this discrepancy? :@
