I exercised and ate healthy yesterday, and it turns out I GAINED weight. This is total B.S. :C

    Sometimes your body will gain weight before it drops it, weird huh?! Drink LOTS of water! :D!

    It's not a day by day thing. Continue as you are and make sure you really are eating heslthy!

    Also remember that if you exercised for the first time in awhile you probably built some muscle.. and muscle weighs a lot more than fat by volume. You should take your measurements.. Keep up with it for 2 weeks and see how your clothes fit/feel/look. I've been gymming/eating better for about 2 months now.. I put very little emphasis on my weight loss and pay attention to the compliments I receive and the way my clothes fit. I've lost almost 30 pounds :)
