How do you sell an UB that is worth above 800k?

Or you put it up for trade, and then they email you. You agree upon a price and then you put it up for auction at the agreed upon price. You can either do it as a NF only auction, or as was the case with my 3 mil np scratchcard you can hope they are fast enough to bid the agreed upon price.
