Can someone please point me in the direction of good proxy advice?! Proxy confuses me...

Just don't use any of the ones with low anonymity.. most of the proxies on port :8080 are High+KA which is best.

Yes, I do. I like to use Proxify...I think there are much better suggestions in threads here though (I just like the simplicity of Proxify).

ok great. i have been to all of those websites, i can never gage whether they are any good or not... but if others are using them without much trouble i guess i will give them another shot :) thanks.
