I think it's possibly the 5 pet thing with premium if they cancel it they have to put the fifth pet in some sort of limbo until they re-subscribe (IF they don't transfer it to a side beforehand) and this pet is only allowed to stay in that 'limbo' for 90 days, before being released into the pound.
