Rich didn't come out and say that other carriers were up to the same shenanigans. But she definitely didn't deny that the FTC has knowledge about cramming practices from other providers. Even if you use Sprint or another carrier, this is a good time to actually read through your whole bill."

I must be one of the few people who actually looks at my phone bill before I pay it, so I know exactly what I'm paying for. If I ever see any weird charges, I call right away.

@Faintingcow yeah I saw that at the end. I have prepaid, so I don't have to worry about it. But after reading this, if I were in a contract, I would scan through my bill like crazy! haha
