We're being stalked by an energy company who calls us 3 times a day. This time I picked up the phone, put on some Satanic Death Metal and placed the phone next to it. They hung up immediately. Curious to see if they'll call back.

Me too! And we have a very easy phone number so we get a lot of people on the phone who are pulling a prank on us too. Oh I didn't even know such a register existed, I should give it a try at least :)

Charter (or cable/internet company) calls me several times a week to "offer me a great deal!" I dont want cable and I'm happy with my internet, stop calling me!
