A few weeks backm I sunk $6 into one of those membership cards for the local pharmacy chain. And I've just spent the past hour trying to activate it online, not to mention finding out all my previous purchases these weeks haven't counted despite swiping the card because I didn't activate it.

On a related note, I was so broke that I was very relieved to find $6 in my bookcase earlier this week. And this pain of a loyalty card makes me resent the waste even more.
