@Tailwind I used a money order to pay, bought with cash so the only receipt i had was physical. How is someone expected to hold onto a receipt longer than their taxes, and the court is not required to do the same?

Not the bank's fault, this is totally on the phone company. Their site glitched, and their system only shows one transaction.
