Had my wisdom teeth removed and now my night teeth grindering is over.

Ech. I hated getting mine removed. My diet was mostly KFC mashed potatoes, tofu and milk.

I managed to return to my regular diet just one day after the removal. Thank God! @Vis my dentist said, I thought it was stress and went to the dentist to get me a mouthguard, after a panoramic radiograph she determined it was the wisdom teeth, indeed.

I see! Thanks for answering :D I'll have to go see my dentist about this. I keep having people tell me I go CHOMP CHOMP CHOMP in my sleep @__@
