i have tried calling viacom AND neo directly, either get an automated message, or some fuck that transfers me to a line that noone picks up on.. this was awhile ago tho. and premium ppl dont have any luck either because "they dont do amy issues regarding frozen accts" was what i was told. Filing a complaint to the BBB wont work... once an F, always an F. there IS a possible class-action lawsuit against neo, ill see if i can find a link

L2understand that I said Viacom, not Neopets. Viacom is a multimillion dollar company. Neopets is not. viacom will give a shit about having an f rating, or will get fucked by it :P
