Maybe, but I don't think so. I don't know how TNT would find out or would want to get involved in that anyways.
if this person is only a "neofriend" then TNT may find out through the neomail that would have to be sent to organise it. and is there seriously anything TNT dont want to freeze us for?

The question has been asked on the neoboards before regarding borrowing and lending. This is the end result.
User A has 8m NP
User B has 8m NP
They both want to buy a Kelpbeards Trident for 16m so decide to put in together to do so with the thought that both users own an equal share in the item. Basically this is not allowed. You can't half own an item and if you try to report someone to TNT for this you will clearly be ignored. Person
User A has 8m NP
User B has 8m NP
User A wants to buy a Kelpbeards Trident for 16m User B decides fuck it I'll give the NP to him. You can do this just fine. But User B has no rights to the KBT.
User A has 8m NP
User B has 8m NP
User A wants to buy a Kelpbeards Trident for 16m User B decides fuck it I'll give the NP to him. This is fine and dandy. Then User B decides he wants to 'borrow' the KBT so he Neomails User A and asks if it could be borrowed esp seeing as he helped pay for it. User A agrees. Sends KBT to User B and then user B decides they'd rather keep the item. There is nothing User A can do about it.
This is how civilization works, apparently.

I got frozen, and they gave me my account back because i argued spending real money on NC, just took all my np and items off me, but got all my nc back
those must have been some awesome persuading skills xD

That and possibly the fact that if she complained to the credit card company/paypal about it she would get a refund and neopets would get squat probably helps. Shame about the items/np but better than losing everything.
