Hey guys, I just picked up a Royal Blue Cape and I'm wondering if anyone has an idea of it's stats. I've looked elsewhere but no one seems to have the item in their database. As far as I can tell, it blocks 3-4 earth,fire,air, and light icons. Has anyone else tested one of these? Thanks!

I'll definitely do that once I try it out some more. Unfortunately my pet's stats are pretty low and a lot of the Brightvale armours have stat requirements for some effects to actually work . Also, would anyone know if there are certain enemies I should fight to test certain icons?

Neopets official battlepedia confirm that it block earth, light, air and fire. Maybe 3-4 icons of each element.

A good alternative to leaf shield but r98? Price would be high.
