Things are selling slowly now for everyone. The plot has taken away faerie quests which is a big source of shop revenue. After the plot im sure you can leave it at 98% and sell just fine.

I usually inflate anywhere from 0.85 to 0.98, it's up to you. The lower you go, obviously the lower your prices will be. I would recommend 0.95 or higher, unless you really want to clear out your shop. Good luck! :)

I usually set it to 0.99 unless the item haven't sold for a week. Then i set it to 0.95.

.95 lowest is a good setting if you want to sell out your shop pretty fast imo.

0.9 seems to be my sweet spot after numerous adjusting. My inventory stays at about 100 with 30 items coming in and going every day.

You all are inflating your prices? O.o
I keep everything in my shop a minimum of 350np below Shop Wizard. I have it set to search each item 5 times before setting a price.

setting an inflation value less than 1 will decrease the price
    1000np * 0.9 = 900np
