How do you get a Garlic Pet?
There are three ways to get a Garlic Pet;
1. By feeding your JubJub or Kiko Garlic untill it changes color into Garlic. (This is a possibility accoarding to neopets, yet it hasnt been confirmed yet, so it might not actually work)
2. Through the Lab Ray
3. By completing a Fountain Faerie Quest, and painting your pet Garlic at the Rainbow Pool after.

By the way everybody is flaming the guy who wanted the garlic kiko - it seems that you can just feed your pet lots of garlic.
If not, then it's a perfectly reasonable request. Getting a color that requires luck from the lab or getting a FFQ is pretty damn unlikely.
I'd even go as far as to say that paying for a pirate paintbrush (what everybody else seems to be getting) would be a better deal.

Most pets are badly named so it's not like TNT decided to sort through and pick out the worst named pets.

You can also get them from zapping or from getting an account with a lutari on it (you can't transfer or pound them).

Of all things to pick, garlic?!?!?! It looks like shit. If I were to get a kiko, I'd get it in royal boy, robot, or pirate.

I find it funny that everyone is bashing them for picking a Garlic pet, either they were some youngling who really wanted the pet and didn't realize there was an easier way to get it, or it was just a troll entry to cheese everybody.

It barely crossed my mind. Sure, it was probably some kid who likes garlic kikos, but I don't see how someone can find them aesthetically pleasing.
