I'm pretty sure they do. Just cus it doesn't show up in your shop log doesn't mean they don't got it.

I think i heard they got records of every transaction, but i doubt they look through it all unless you draw attention to the account(s)

They probably have a log of it, yes. Not to mention the fact that if it's a decent item, there's a chance someone else could swoop in and buy it before you unless you're careful.

The way I make sure (assuming you're using 2 browsers and one with a proxy) is price it at 1 then put it back at 0 after refreshing on the account I'm going to buy on because sometimes proxies take a minute to load. So it'll show up in the shop for you but isn't really there. Then you can go back and put it back to 1 np and buy it real quick because it'll still be listed on your page for 1 np, and nobody else should even see it in the shop wiz unless they somehow caught it in the couple of seconds it takes to refresh on one browser switch to the other and price it back at 0.

if that all makes sense. sounds kinda like extra work but it's worked for me so far

That does make sense, yes. Bit too much work for me, but sounds like a good way of doing transferring items.

um..... is it just me, or could this be completely safe by just sending the item to your account using a "send to neofriend"? or even a trading post transaction. hmmmm... unless that is, you don't want TNT to know that the accounts are linked.

Wouldn't it make more sense for them, if they even tracked this stuff at all, to track by item name rather than sale price?

Hobo makes sense, but if that happened, they wouldn't know whether it was legit or not. It would be good for us though.

Agreed, although for certain things, like selling pets, they could notice that a pet was transferred, then you just so happened to snag a sweet deal from their shop. If someone wanted to be really careful, they could make the transaction then make a bored like "cheap shop" and put something worth like 1k in their shop for 1np to make it seem like a coincidence.

I think we are underestimating tnt
If tnt does happen to notice a 1np sale.....and they also notice that you snagged a nice pet......
I don't think having or not having some extra items makes a difference.

If Tnt thinks your cheating all they need to do is take a closer look......its fairly obvious when someone's cheating I feel.
The main part of the job is just finding cheaters....determining whether or not they are cheaters should not be hard.

Will my experience, i have had more freezes for shop sales and trading post transactions than gifting, and a few neomails to seem like we know each other. MUCH better.

But in the end, if your unlucky they'll catch you any way you do it.

Anyone ever tried posting in their profile that the account they are trading with is their side and they are just transferring some stuff?

That's true, IF TNT catches you, you'll be frozen, but the hope is to stay off of their radar. So far I've been ABing and sold 1 pet so let's keep my fingers crossed.

Not allowed to use your side to gain NP, so technically that's still a no-no.

You're allowed to make money on one account and transfer to and from I thought? Also, I thought you could make money on your side, just not simultaneously as your main and you couldn't switch from main to side if you got rs banned or take advantage of dailies.

Good luck trying to explain all this to them and getting them to listen to you, though.

    Yeah I mean...you midas well...

You get a bunch of sides....you risk getting caught transfering as well as being chain frozen.
You do it on your main you risk getting frozen and losing everything...

Lol i guess...just stay under the radar is all i recommend

Yes, I'm only using my main too. Lessen the risk of transferring. But equitatus is right, don't draw suspicion in the first place.
