I would appreciate some help with this error im experiencing. For some reason, I am unable to use any program, Abrosia especially. When I go to sign in on the opening screen, I enter my user and password. I know that im entering them correctly too so thats why this is really bugging me. I even tried reinstalling it and it didnt help :(.

You have to enter in your Neocodex user before your neopets password.

EDIT: It seems like you've been here a while so it's probably not what I said above (sorry)
Maybe a better explanation would help us help you.

haha ya i have used it before so i know how it works xD its simply not letting me sign in using my Codex information. All i know is I just removed 3 Trojans from my pc >.< and i think that may have somehow affected the files from codex. Even tho0ugh i reinstalled everything overagain

That's pretty weird - try changing your password on neocodex and logging in with that.

Do you have any proxies set on any of your browsers?

I had this problem a few months back and it turned out that my IE was configured to use a proxy. No idea how that happened considering I haven't used IE in years, but changing that fixed everything.

that could be what it is... I know that the trojan i had made my firefox operate through a proxy and i havent checked google chrome/IE yet
Thank you for the tips, IE still had proxy settings, when I removed them I was able to use Abrosia again :)
