I've been trying to update my profile recently with my name, hobbies etc and it keeps coming up with this.

Error: We cannot update your personal information.

I enter in my old password and everything and nothing. Because of this is why I lost my old account since it was cookie grabbed and when I tried to change the password this kept coming up. Now with a new account it's still doing it.
Any help? Sorry to ask this here but I'm sure someone can help.

I keep getting this error too... what's weird is it's only affecting one of my accounts.. the others can be changed with no problem. I submitted a support ticket to TNT, though I'm not holding my breath waiting for a reply.

I've had this error recently when trying to update my postcode for the Burger King free items thing, I found that logging out or waiting a little while before trying again generally worked. I know this was a massive problem a while back but I - maybe foolishly - believed that TNT had fixed it.

Try clearing your browser cache maybe?

I'll go ahead and log out && clear my cache/cookies and report back results.

So it's been 30 or so minutes and I am now able to update my profile. Not sure which did the trick, just know that one of them worked!

Now just have to figure out why the HTML space thing is missing x.x

Log out and log back in. Problem solved.

TNT have acknowledged this already, something to do with your profile becomming unsynced was what snarkie said on the neoboards, logging out and logging back in fixes it.

You're welcome, glad it worked. Shame you have to do these things manually but good to know there are some fixes out there!
