    Okay, here are my predictions:

Best Motion Picture of the Year
The Social Network: I didn't care for it nearly as much as other people seemed to, but I think it'll grab it away from the deserving 127 Hours.

Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role
Colin Firth: He was amazing to me.

Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role
Natalie Portman: This was my favorite Portman movie since Garden State. The movie was a bit light on the psychology-side of the story, but her performance was perfect.

Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role
Mark Ruffalo: he is the epitome of good acting. Then again, I've been biased for him ever since I had lunch with the guy when he was preparing to play my friend Dave Toschi.

Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role
Helena Bonham Carter: I'd have given it to Amy Adams if it wasn't for this film.

The rest will all be split up between the big fancy blockbusters like Inception and True Grit. I want 127 Hours to sweep a few categories, but I doubt it'll happen.

I want Black Swan to win, but I doubt it will. Darren Aronofsky is my favorite director though, so I guess I'm a little biased.

Go Toy Story 3! I really hope it wins something other than just "best animated". It was a fantastic film.

As for the rest, I've only seen Inception and Alice in Wonderland. Inception was pretty fun, though overhyped. Alice in Wonderland was just....eh. The story wasn't great. The art direction might have been good, but the 3D kind of stopped me really enjoying it.

Damn, man seriously? >.< Toy Story 3 IS THE BEST. CMON! It was such an amazing series, the ending made me cry out loud. How to Train Your Dragon is a good movie, but not as deserving as Toy Story 3. This is like last year, when Up won. Toy Story 3 will win by a LANDSLIDE

I'm gonna bet half those movies are boring as hell. The only ones I have a remote interest in are Black Swan and True Grit, and even then I'm not interested enough to actually see them until they come out on DVD.
I watch the Oscars to mock people for their choice in fashion, to be honest.

I really liked Black Swan and I do like them from the selection of best motion picture of the year. I mean I liked Social Network but imho it doesn't deserve that and I'll be really ticked off if it gets best motion picture. O_o
That's really all my input on the Oscars, I won't be watching but I'll be checking who wins via internet. :D

    Excuse you.
That old man is Kirk Douglas who, by the way, was super fucking sexy in his day and age, and even though now his face is falling off and you can barely understand a word he's saying, he was still the most charming son of a bitch in the building.
