I'm going to ignore that rest of this thread and actually response to the original post, cause I might get twuble~
I agree with OP, and I play on both the PC and Xbox. I prefer the PC of course, so I might be a little biased, but I agree. The menus and UI of the 360 are slow and hard to use. It can be better once you get used to it, but I find it hard to believe that some people see no problem with it. It takes me waaaay longer on the xbox to type something, record a voice message, and invite friends to my games then compared to the PC. Sometimes it even glitches where they can't join or have to join it themselves then be invited or w/e. Too much hassle when we'd rather playing TF2 on the PC in the first place.. I don't have a PS3 or have ever used one, so I have so comparison to that.
I found another way the slow-ness can screw you over, it happened to me today. I was trying to mute someone who had mic issues, in the Halo reach menu "Mute" is at the bottom and I accidentally pressed "View Gamer Profile" instead. Needless to say by the time I was able to go back and actually mute him I had respawned >_<
Just delete my post, I need to stop posting on forums till they get better again.
I wasn't attacking him.
If i was i would have insulted him, He was dick-riding the console.
And he was annoying me, I don't see how that's a personal attack because, I'm annoyed by him.
''You can't offer any advice on how to fix it etc, but you still have the ability to complain about it.''
That's where, I felt he was saying i had no right to complain. I felt i have a right to complain, If i'm paying money for it.
I hate to get in the middle of this but, Ayami I think you just misread soul_stealer's post.
If it doesnt do something you think it should be capable of doing, if it's got ANY issues at all, you can still talk about them. You can't offer any advice on how to fix it etc, but you still have the ability to complain about it.
SS was saying just that; that you CAN complain about the consoles regardless of whether you can offer advice on fixing them. He wasn't telling you not to complain, he was saying the opposite.
