I have huge problem. Go! Go! Go! autoplayer was working, and some time later it stopped. When i looked what the problem was, the every page where I went i got always same picture. URL was changed but picture was still same. I cant do anything in game. I am looking for help here first because if i ask this stuff from Neopets stuff then I get too old before i get an answer.

PLEASE HELP!

PS! I attached picture too.
I can only play Harbitarium, but that's all.

Simply because this is a "public" forum, which means TNT could just chill here all day reading posts and playing the Sherlock Holmes role; trying to put the pieces together.
Like if somebody just got a Pirate Draik egg and someone on here posts "I just got a Draik Egg" it'd be easy to say that the person who just grabbed that draik egg was Abing.
But, in cases like this where you just GIVE them your username; makes hella easier for them (;

That's slightly better. What is going on with your neopets I don't know though. Have you tried logging in and out, or perhaps clearing your cache?

I'm having the same issue and I've tried to get on Neo from 3 different browsers. I don't know what's going on.

I guess this doesn't really apply to you, but in case it helps anyone, if you have premium you can still play through your portal. If you try to load the page then click the little red and green round arrows next to your portal, it will load the page there and you can continue to navigate the site that way.

Err.. Depends on what browser you're using, and in which language. I fear all my browsers are in german so I might not be able to give you clear directions.

Nah, it shut down for me for a while, too. It was like that for most parts of the site, but seems to be working fine now.

I was having issues loading the training status page recently. Sometimes it's as easy as switching browsers, other times it's some weird shit on TNT's end.

Seemed that may people had this problem. At least my neopets went back to normal.
I just logged in that morning and all was good again.
