i think you if somehow managed to get a few billion then it means
you either work for TNT and gave your account the neopoints.
youve either beating cheating like shit and somehow not got caught
or youve had a couple of MSPPs BGCs and SuAPs and some other high end BD items with you for a long time
or you are just rich and bought neopoints from everyone who is selling
one of those 4

Nope, it's not even $50. With $100, you can get anywhere from 300-400M nps.

actually.. it's quite a lot if you consider 1 mil =$4... even at $3 per mil that's over $500..even heavily discounted that would be a lot.. I'd like to know where you can get that much with $100 :|

because i dont think any normal player would have that many neopoints proper legit

Legit players who were around when neopets was newer and made smart investments (HT items, cove items, retired items, etc.) are going to be the majority of people that can afford this stamp. Also, legit resellers can make upwards of 1m a day I've heard, probably even more the more money they have to spend.

i used to play when Draik MPs/Krawk MPs and mootix and nerks and all were buyable but never really had the nps to buy it then too

plus i was a kid and didnt know much i had to give a fake Bday to get access to the boards

When I started playing neopets, I didn't even know how to verify my email. I was 9... Blah.

& yeah, I guess more respect goes to stamp avatar users since stamps can't be lent.
