Currently I am 17 and it feels like i am a bit to old for neopets. Usually i tell my friends that i see the game more as a buisness as im trying to accumulate neopoints in bundles in order to have fun rather than playing the game but they still dont buy that.
So for you how old are you and why do you keep playing. kind of interesting to hear peoples examples

I'm 16; still playing for the heck of it and I'm bored. Though I should be focused on my studies... that's besides the point Tell you're friends you're making money by doing it and selling NPs

-As for age; it's made for kids though I think there are many cheaters I'd say the AVERAGE would be like 14 years old

[zevrom]

Im 16 my friend thats like 28 on neo hes mom also plays so I think there isnt an age for neo
show your friends codex and say you sell np that stop them making fun of you for playing neo

[rizler]

well am 17 quitting now (long process )

ive only told one friend i play neopets

i know some friends on neo who are married, over 25, many friends on neo i know are around my age

I was here when I was 10. I'm here and I'm 18.
27-year-old friend's still playing too.

Neopets' pretty ageless.

Pfft, I'm almost 21. It never leaves your blood. I've been playing on and off since I was 12. And I don't think any of my friends know I play Neopets.

21 here, played back when I was in 7th grade or so and quit around 8th grade (: 1 year after I graduated here I am again (; I play this because it's fun to play and interact with people all around the world

[CuriousOyster]

Im 18 and my girlfriend's 19.
Pretty sure there is no "average" age because the ages are all over the place.
Ive seen a 60 year olds user look-up before, and I could tell that she was really that old...

On a second note,
I haven't even bothered to touch neopets till last year since I thought it was strictly for little kids (the only people I saw actually playing it)
Then I was notified that I could gain real currency from doing practically nothing.

I played Neo once in HS, again in College, and I just started again in grad school. It's something I do when I expect long periods of boredom.

I'm 20 right now, 21 next month. I don't think I'll ever feel too old for Neo, I'm too much of a kid still!

[JL3]

The top players are all old anyway

[Butet]

TBH i'm 29 years old but still playing neopets coz it's help to reduce my stress =D

I was here when I was 10. I'm here and I'm 18.
27-year-old friend's still playing too.

Neopets' pretty ageless.

[BEEEEWRRYY]

Yeah I'm madd old and I play this 22 here. Was originally intended for college kids to play anyway, so I don't technically feel that loserish.

[marcheva]

[Frostorm]

I'm 22. I've been playing off & on since I was 12, more since I turned 18. Realizing how long ago that was just made me feel old.

[Boggart]

Hmm.. I made a thread/poll about this a while ago... I wonder where it is

Well I searched for about 10 minutes and if I can't find the damn thing and I made the damn thing I can't blame other peopel for not finding it xD

Anyway, the general results were most people were 16-21, then 22-26 with 13-15 barely being third to 22-26.

on this forum anyway

I'm in that first category. I'll be 19 Thursday, and I've been playing since I was about 11 or 12. On and off of course. Neopets just doesn't get old for very long.

Started when I was 14... And that was when the site first appeared
