what should i set to avoid a restocking ban? this is really bugging me. im using an extra account also but its taking a little while to get that up and running seeing as it takes 24hours to be allowed to open a shop and you start off with 2500. i need help. im new to all of this. any tips would be greatly appreciated

Nobody really knows for sure...I try to avoid ABing for a while after getting unbanned, because if I go right back to ABing I usually just get banned again for a longer period of time.

Seeing that you're not an advanced member, I don't think you really can change your buy settings.
But, you might want to try running your Abrosia for no longer than 2 hours, then let it rest for maybe an hour or two before running it again.

You can alter your buy settings, but you can't select specific shops...

Probably a not good idea to answer questions if you aren't positive about.

Standard members are able to change their OCR/Pre-Haggle settings? I thought it was only the refresh. Its been awhile..

Pretty sure I said "think" stating that I wasn't really sure, I haven't been a "member" in a while so kill me if I don't remember everything.

I am able to increase OCR and Pre-Haggle. As well as refresh..I'm pretty sure you just can't lower them past the preset settings. So idiots don't get themselves banned.

I use ABer as a standard member and have never gotten RS banned
but then I AB really conservatively... never more than 2 hours at a time.


Also just confirming that standard members are able to alter all the settings just not DECREASE them

RS bans are completely random, no matter how much time you AB for, you still have a chance of being RS banned.
First minute restocking HPD on my Bday and then RS banned QQ

very true.. completely random and can get worse after the first ban on the same day

banned on HPD would really suck.. i hope im not that unfortunate

You're right, the hours don't matter. Your refresh rate does.

When Abrosia was released I let it run 24 hours a day. Although it was on random shops at the time, I sure didn't get banned.


If the person is smart and doesn't go overboard with the restocks, then they should be fine and dandy in the end.

But I can run Abrosia ~6 hours a day without getting banned for a few days or so, then the bannings come. It all depends and varies

Eh; is leaving your computer on that bad? I usually ONLY run it when no one is on it; that way I buy the fastest I can, especially since I need it, as I'm unadvanced

didn'tknow electricity bills is that ex. u pay for ur broadband 24/7 but u on ur computer less then 24/7 mean u wasting ur broadband = same as waste of $$ lol

y u on it when no one is on it? it doesn't make a different because u never know who is on ABer or how many AB is on at the point of time
let say 1 user has 1 on the Optimistic case and 10 on pessimistic u can calculate the diferent hahaha

For real. Comcast here is 250GB/month. If restocking is causing you to go over 250GB/month, then you must be on like 1000 accounts ABing at once.

Is there anyone who gets RS banned maybe less than once/wk but autobuys for more than 20 hrs/wk?
And if so, would you mind sharing your refresh rates?
