Starting out pay rent for the Warehouse, and your store. Also get 250 employees.

I use 100 Dropouts, 80 Graduates, 30 Trainees, 25 Journeymen, and 15 Managers.

Paper Bags (6 in total)
Rare Gem (1 In total)
Neocotton (6 in total)
Cloth - Green (10 in total)

Start 6 Jobs

Only do 100 plushies per job.

Check back in 12-14 hours after starting the jobs and at least 3-4 of the jobs should be finished.

Ship the plushies to the store.

When you check back and they have been shipped to your store fire ALL employees.

Wait for all your plushies to sell and then rehire the employees. And start this process all over again.

This is how I got my trophy on my old account.

I personally think that that is extremely stupid.
Dropouts do basically nothing at all.
You should never EVER go below trainees.
Also, how long you have to wait depends on when you set your time.

An easier way would be to just follow this guide:

Instead of using your 12-14hour guide, you can easily get over 50,000nps+ within one hour.
And with your way of not checking prices while buying materials, you often lose money, causing you to not get the trophy unless you are lucky to buy at the time of cheap sales.

I have had no problem when doing it my way. I've used many different guides, and when I begun just testing out my own method the one I posted is the one that worked best for me.

It helps you set the time of the game to the time when you can be on your computer + some informations about the delay of the warehouse, taxes etc...

By using the guide I posted and the guides Islane posted,
I got 10,000-20,000 plushies and had around 500K COH. (Estimate)

I'm asking this, since I am making a full guide in French for Plushie Tycoon, do you need here one ? Or the one I posted are enough for you ? If some people ask me to I will put a guide for the first stepds for you to get the avatar by the end and/or maybe the Gold trophy.

Actually no. I f you have the possibility to check the game once per hour during the 8 hours when it's "working" it's very easy.

It's a lot of trial and error as well, what makes money and what sells quickly. Definitely worth keeping a close eye on price lines and buying when lowest - I actually keep pretty detailed notes about which plushies have made me the most money and stuff.. Almost like a real bloody job!
