We upgraded to a VPS to fix this. It didnt really fix it.
Hydrogen wont let me fix the problem though, so nothing I can really do.

My 502 errors only affected me yesterday...i am getting none today and i didn't upgrade..knock on wood.

My account seems to work during the day, but conks out after say 10 PM. It's really a strange setup that I'm sure has gotten you a lot of hatemail. o.O

It's only happened to me twice, yesterday being the one that lasted more than 15 minutes

That's because you've got a new account and you're still on your trial period, which has intermittent service.
Okay, so how do you explain the same experience with me?
1, I'm probably at least about a year old.
2. I've got advanced account status, first by buying then by posting.
3. I'm on daily.
I have to agree that the post is most likely made to give more finances to help codex mods to fix the problem.

I upgraded this account ($5) even though I already have 500+ posts and, I'll admit, it *almost* stopped the 502 errors.
I figured that if just one account almost stopped them, additional accounts should completely stop them. So, I made 2 more side accounts here on Codex and purchased a subscription for both of them. The errors have stopped altogether now.
