Wait I have a question.
Since it's illegit and forbidden by TNT to buy and sell neopoints or items neopets related for real money, a business like that isn't illegal ? Aren't you afraid that Viacom or whatever can take you to court ? (like gold sellers' websites and Blizzard ?)
Or am I wrong ?

It is forbidden by the neopets.com TOS. Terms of Service apply to using their service and not to our site. They could go after our host however we are not hosted in the states and American law does not apply (specifically the DMCA). It is a grey area and could change. We responded and dealt with a previous challenge by Viacom since then they have left us alone.

You're not wrong, all neopoints, items, accounts, pets etc remain the sole property of Nickelodeon Virtual Worlds Group.

No other respectable company would require a potential customer to place an order to find out the location of their headquarters...

You are not a potential customer and by placing an order you would be bound by our terms of service. The only time a customer would need our address and info given the type of work we do would be after placing an order and in the rare case that they want something like a SUAP delivered in person.

Why am I not a potential customer? Are you casting aspersions on my ability to pay?

So let me get this straight, it's legal for you to sell you junk because your business is not based in America. Fine, but what about the fact that some of your customers are from America? Isn't putting NP or items into one of their accounts the same as selling in America? I don't understand your logic.

On another note, I didn't exactly get an answer...

EDIT: for example, heroin is legal in certain countries. Our laws obviously don't apply there. However it is illegal to buy heroin from those countries and bring it back to the US. It's the same thing here, only there's no physical traveling involved.

Most certainly not! However you are part of Neocodex and have already stated your position on price good sir! :) You certainly have the ability to pay but will you? Most definitely not. Thats cool to each his own we service an entirely different market than the one present here.

Actually it isn't. Which is part of the reason why we have to have a TOS, all funds charged are for service we provide. It may be confusing but thats the way it is for now at least.

Oh, so all your items are free, you only charge for the services? In that case, I would like everything delivered to my account pronto. By "delivered", I mean I can deliver it myself.

Perhaps I'm reserving my purchase until you have a sale. As a responsible consumer I think it's important to know as much information about the businesses which you use as possible.

Just because we service different markets does not mean I am not interested in what goes on a DZ, GG (Now Metaplode), and Neocodex. I have been around neo forums since Slopdog.

When someone posts a link to one of our pages and then clicks it it shows up in our referrer logs which led us back here. Once we got here we noticed a customer complaint and asked them to send us their order number so we could rectify it. Still have not heard back from said customer.

Anyway, I don't think I'll be giving my custom to a company which is so reluctant to share basic information about itself and its operations. Such reluctance makes me feel that there must be something off about that company which they don't want people to find out.

I suspected it might be something like that but didn't want to mention it in case it made people question my sanity any further.

I think the neopetsguru poster has been very professional in the manner he's handled this.

Hhe wasn't asking for the person that was complaining to give them their account information. He was asking for their ORDER NUMBER to deliver t he said items properly.

And I wouldnt give my address willynilly out if I was running that type of underground business.

the hesitance is understandable, but after going through the thread it seems to be a fairly plausible theory for what is really going on here

They said they're an incorporated business with office premises, not an underground business undertaking illegal (or at least very dubious) activities.

Y'all are being very rude to this man! He is a professional; I wouldn't expect simple forumites like y'all to understand. I'd rather buy a single TCG of off him than ten mercedes from y'all!

All these sites are probably kinda legit, but I would say that the overpricedness is not worth the security.

I actually used to fall for shit like this until I realized I was being scammed out of my money. It's so not worth it giving them twice-3 times as much for NP you can use Abrosia to get on your own. Lulz.
