I don't know if its called the Illuminati, or if the organization is representative of what we associate with the Illuminati, but I do think that there is some type of group of power which runs the world. Too many people seem to have motives different from the general public interest.

We aren't in the stone age here. This is all a load of baloney, there are obviously secret groups all around the world, but their powers are limited and they certainly do not control countries... important ones anyways.

I also think it's total crap, I assume a few of the minor Asian/African countries are quite influenced by such things, but not totally controlled.

This is more along the line of my views on the Illuminati. The media picks presidential candidates which suit their (corporate) views the best, allows us to vote for someone who is essentially the same as his opponent, and the few people who control the major corporations in America essentially hand pick which candidate will support their interests the strongest. The media in this country is really a problem because of this.

The possibility of a group of people that are very very powerful and influential working together with a government to control a country is actually very real. Well it is said that illuminati's main aim would be to unite the world under one government, and that is actually an extremely huge task to undertake. Who knows, 2012's change of phase might just have something to do with that.
