"You got my birth certificate, you got Osama - anything else I can get you motherfuckers?"

From the memory hole: Bush rejects Taliban offer to surrender Bin Laden

The accidental live-tweet of the raid of Bin Laden's compound

Oh yeah. It was intentional.

We know who DIDN'T kill Osama!

I think everyone has Al Qaeda confused with a different group.

JFK On American Problem Solving:

We must face the fact that the United States is neither omnipotent nor omniscient; that we are only 6 percent of the world's population; that we cannot impose our will upon the other 94 percent of mankind; that we cannot right every wrong or reverse every adversity; and that therefore there cannot be an American solution to every world problem.

His reign is over.

10 years, two wars, 919,697 deaths and $1,188,263,000,000 later, we managed to kill one person. Was it worth it?

Yeah, there's already a topic about Bin Laden's death...but I thought I'd bring a little different side to it.

Yea it was funny that we could have had Osama about 10 years ago but due to America's ego and 9/11 I guess Bush wanted to get him himself..But alas, Obama did it, maybe this might quell the crazies in America.

At this point the US has killed more civilians than Al-Qaeda, who's the terrorist now? The Americans have made bin Laden a martyr, another 'Bin Laden' is gonna take his place, and I would expect Al-Qaeda to get revenge for killing Osama. So...imo wasn't worth it, shoulda spent that 1tril on America's domestic problems

+Rep cause you make a damned good point.

+rep cause I've been bored with the whole "lets kill him!" thing for about 7 years now... x-x

Basically I agree with both of you, america is becoming too much of a "Do what I say" country. We no longer remember what it was like for us when we first broke away, and now we are telling others what they need to do.
I don't agree with a lot of what my country does, but I have no power to change it, so i just sit back, and hope they don't notice me.
