He doesn't seem to be bitter about it. So I don't think anyone should be feel bad for him, regardless if one doesn't support arranged marriage.

Its not the arranged thing per-se. But when I first got with blaze, the first month I assumed he was fucking amazing, we had everything in common. By month three we were engaged. Later, i realized he had lied to me about most things he was interested in. You know how the relationship ended. I'm happy that he's happy, I wish him the best, and I really really really hope it doesn't turn out ANYTHING like mine did in the end.

Yeah, sadly, he was a damned good actor and i didn't realize how much he had lied to me until we'd already been together for about a year.. He even lied to me about stupid shit...
Like I said, I really hope yours goes better than mine did. I wish the best for ya honestly, but cause of my bad experience I'm also a bit worried for ya too.

She will move to the USA. I'm not marrying her now. I just got engaged . Calm down . I'm basically dating her now, except that I'm engaged.

That's amazing to hear. (: Like others have said, I couldn't ever picture knowing someone for a month then deciding I want to spend my life with them, but whatever floats your boat.



Although, what's with everyone on Codex getting engaged?
I hope you're all still around for my engagement. I have a feeling I'll be in my early 20's when it happens. I think that's early enough.

I think so too. My parents are very traditional so I didn't want to push something that they wouldn't agree with. I'm not a man of tradition myself .
