If it had happened, I'd have been left behind, but my teachers would have been taken to Heaven.. And then I wouldn't have finals this week. But now I still do :( Damn you Camping, damn you to HELL!

Yea but then you would have to deal with armageddon and the antichrist instead of your finals. Demons, or finals?

Camping is probably already in a hell, a hell created by public ridicule and the disintegration of his church.

He did say the end of the world is on October 21st, so we're all going to die anyway. Death over finals! Woohoo! *runs into the nearest bar*

    Demons... no, seriously.
    Think about it.
Regardless of what you do in life, even if you love your job, family, every friend, have a soul mate, etc. it's always going to become monotonous and predictable.
We're slaves to a clock regardless of age.
Typically 6-8 hours of sleep, 8ish hours of school and/or work, and occasionally 6-10 hours of "free time" by which point we're generally wore out from work/school.
Then there's those who have work AND school so even less time to "enjoy" life.
But we have to keep up the cycle because there's always needs, responsibilities, etc.
Many of us will never be immortalized or (more precisely, remembered) in any way/shape/form.

    With demons we have...
Confirmation of God & Heaven. An opportunity to repent still, if I remember correctly so could still "earn" a place in heaven. Reassurance that it's not "the end" when we die.
Action. The opportunity to not only protect oneself but others... loved ones and complete strangers.
    Enlightenment.
    No trivial responsibilities.
Life itself would have true meaning.

Though... we'd still have to deal with the SOBs that try to "spin it" and sell tickets to it or something for a buck.
Might as well go ahead and buy land on the moon while I'm at it. Posted Image
Make my own "tickets to heaven" (silver painted construction paper) and prepare to sell them on eBay, too. (Wouldn't be surprised if someone actually would buy them already...) :p

Finals, on the other hand, are 50% (at least) useless in the grand scheme of things. With the exception being job specialization training & what-not.

Well from that point of view id choose demons too. Actually its for the very reason of breaking the cycle of monotony that i actually want something like a zombie apocalypse to happen...

U mad? Why would you even consider wishing for something like a zombie apocalypse to happen. Dont take you current situation for granted. Should said apocalypse actually occur, you'd definately be wishing that it never did.

Regardless from the standpoint of breaking monotony i would wish that it would happen.

Besides i already have a plan for what I would do, I would grab my friends go to the second floor of my house, fill up the bath tub with water, as well as to store all the supplies that i can.

I would then break the railings on the staircase, nail down plywood boards onto the stairs, turning it into a sort of a ramp. After which my friends and I would take shifts killing zombies that try to crawl up one at a time using a makeshift spear thing, essentially a sharp metal object which I will have attached to a pole, while the other person would shove the dead zombie off the ramp with a stick or something. This method should clear up the neighborhood eventually. And we would be taking shifts, so that there's no exhaustion factor involved.

Apparently this was all a big mistake, we're actually all going to die on the 21st of October!

LOL this whole thing was such a waste of peoples time...How can one man say he KNOWS when it will happen...I don't think he understands the full magnitude of peoples lives he has slightly ruined.

It's the start of God's wrath, he knows crummy earthquakes can't stop us so he will kick all of us in the nuts; financially, starting with those who served him best.
